Welcome to Boca Isles South Homeowners Association

Boca Isles South POA Inc. does require an application to be submitted for new buyers in the community. We welcome you to tour the common areas with your clients and stop at the Property Manager’s Office at the clubhouse with any questions you may have. All new homeowners MUST meet with the property manager for orientation and may contact the property manager after closing to schedule an appointment. 

Please note there are no open house events allowed in the community. All real estate showings must be ID'd and called through the gate by the homeowner. Sellers should give notice to property management of a pending sale.

 An estoppel order is requested by the title company directly to the management team

 Applications for New Tenants and Lease Renewals can be found here & at the bottom of this page. The applications and payments must be submitted to the property manager’s office within 30 days prior to the start of the desired lease term being requested for approval. 

 If a delinquent amount is owed to the association for the property then an additional fee of $150 will be required.

If an estoppel is requested on an expedited basis, an additional fee of $100 will be required.
