Our Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving the best interests of our community. They work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a great place to live.

 Boca Isles South is a self-managed Property Owners Association.  The Board of Directors intends to promote a family-friendly neighborhood environment while assisting our residents in maintaining their investment in their homes. The following objectives have been identified as the primary mission of the Boca Isles South BOD:

• Promote the safety and security of the residents
• Maintain our property values
• Be mindful of our fiduciary responsibilities
• Treat all residents with respect
• Operate the POA under Florida Statutes
• Foster a “Family Friendly” community
• Establish and administer reasonable Rules and Regulations
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing community
• Hold regular board meetings open to all residents to conduct the business of the POA
